Is there a difference between using the Help Center and SuiteAnswers, I've encountered the same content on both, maybe one has more than the other?

Hi Tib. Actually everything in the Help Center is in SuiteAnswers. SuiteAnswers is more complete because other than the help topics it also has Support Articles which usually cover how to handle specific situations that may not be clear in the help topics.

From a user perspective the Help Center is pretty useful as most of the pages in NetSuite are mapped to the relevant help topic if you click the Help button so you get the relevant help immediately. In SuiteAnswers you have to search the keywords and find the specific help topic which can take longer.

True but both have their own purposes and shouldn't be mutually exclusive. The help topic isn't supposed to cover every single scenario otherwise each topic would be incredibly long and confusing to read. The value of the support articles is documenting solutions to common enough scenarios although not all of them offer conclusive solutions and some articles on the same topic might even have contradicting content but in general they are helpful.
