when entering Journal Entries user can't see new subsidiary we created. Is there a permission to see subsidiaries?

does your role have the appropriate subsidiary restrictions?

I can see them when logged in under Admin but as soon as I switch to another role I don't see the new subsidiary

is why it must be the role - ie the sub restrictions on the header of the role - "full" isn't an option, but "all" is

definitely at the role level, there is a multi-selection field with all the subsidiaries
