Hi, Do you know why on sales order line item Est Unit Cost is 0.00 when Allow Cross-Subsidiary Fulfilment is ticked? And how we can get this to work?

The Est Unit Cost is generated when the transaction is created. If the value of this Item for that location was 0.00 when creating, that will be the value now. That is assuming a custom script/workflow isn't editing the value (unlikely but possible). The key is in the name "Estimated" Unit Cost. If you want the "Actual" cost, you need to look at the GL on the Item Fulfillment.

Thanks @Lee Hopper. It's strange that Est Unit Cost is not populated when the order is fulfilled by other subsidiary. I know you can see cost on item fulfillment, but we need to see at sales order stage.

I haven't worked with subsidiary, but I can only think that if a user is creating it, maybe it is a permissions issue (i.e. that they cannot see the data from the other subsidiary). I could be wrong, or I could have misunderstood what you meant though, so I'm sure someone else would be able to help you

Thanks @Lee Hopper It's reproducible using Admin role. So it's not permission related.
Est Unit Cost is populated as soon as an item is added to a line. If Allow Cross-Subsidiary Fulfilment is ticked and there's no item within the subsidiary (responsible for fulfilling the order) then Est Unit Cost is 0.00. That's reproducible using my account and other demo accounts

I'm struggling with this exact issue. the Est Unit Cost only shows when the Item is available within the customers subsidiary. Has anyone found a way to get the Est Unit Cost to show for cross subsidiary fulfilment orders?
