Looking to have a role that provides view only access to everything, basically for an auditor. So similar to Administrator, but view only. Anyone know of an easy way to get there without adding each and every permission?

Mike, a couple of options I can think of is to enable the feature CORE ADMINISTRATION PERMISSIONS under Setup Company. Alternatively, you can take a highly privileged role, copy it, and set all permissions to view only. We did something very similar. Hope that helps.

Thanks all. I looked at the bundles, but they are from 2010/2011 which was a bit frightening. I’m comparing the CEO hands off role to the view only role I was working on.

if you contact your account rep they can actually give you (for free!) a single licence for your auditors to use - I think this is a special role they have created. The auditor should get an email and then have to set up their account once you've signed a form. Not much use if you have an army of auditors but good if there's just the one
