Hi all, I am working with a third party app to connect to Netsuite. I am providing our client ID, but their support say it should include a prefix of a few letters and a string of numbers but our client ID clearly is only numbers. Anyone come across an issue with integrations like this before?

Your account id is the id that is probably in your netsuite url

although its a little unusual to be asking for the client id/secret since the app developer should probably be using an integration record that they created

you should be a little worried if they expect your account id to be prefixed with TSTDRV, that implies they have only seen test drive accounts
