Hi Everyone, I hope everyone's new year started out on the right foot. I have a question regarding the successful sending of an email to say 500 people through a workflow. Our DKIM setting are properly set up so I'm no sure why I'm getting so many undelivered emails populating. any help would be greatly appreciated!
r
what exactly do the undelivered emails say, do you get an error message to help figure out what's happening?
j
Rob, I get a variety of errors: Persistent Transient Failure: Other Defined status permanent Failure: Bad destination mailbox address Persisten Transient Failure: bad connection Persistent Transient Failure: Routiing Server Failure Persistent Transient Failure: system not accepting network messages Persistent Transient Failure: other defined status
It's odd because there are so many errors. additionally they say they are NOT compliance verified. However when i go into check my DKIM and DMARC information it's passing those tests.
r
Have you tested deliverability of the email list of those 500 people through a bulk merge?
basically troubleshooting, is this a limitation of your workflow process, or something external to NS.
It only makes sense to me NS has limits on how many emails you can send outside of a bulk merge.
oh wait, I may be wrong.
j
So it it possible i'm getting errors because of the workflow sending emails the wrong way?
r
It was just a theory, but based off that suiteanswer I don't think it's true anymore
j
any other thoughts?
