hey everyone! one of our users gets the security question every single time he logs in. any ideas of what could cause this? 2fa is turned off and his session should last the day, but every login it asks him.

Is it just the one user? How many other users are within your organization? My first guess is maybe you IT people automate cache clearing at the end of every day on the work computer theyre using.

I'd agree with this assessment - if they have all their browser data deleted every time they close it this could happen
