Hi everybody, going nutty here trying to get this in a saved search - we have four different custom currency fields on a case record and also four different custom fields that pull from our opportunities list. We are trying to summarize a saved search to pull in the customer name on the opportunity selected in the custom field and add the amounts from the custom currency fields. The issue I'm running into is that the saved search won't aggregate these totals even when grouping by the customer name. i.e., a row for each time the opportunity is selected in a case is populating. Anyone here have any thoughts on how to aggregate?

Are you asking NS to add USD to EUR? Maybe do a formulae column that will convert the relevant currency then that decimal result can be added. Use a Formula numeric instead of a formula currency.
