we’ve fixed it now by clearing site data/cookies and it’s working again

Would you be kind enough to share how you fixed it. Was it as easy as clearing the cookies from the browser?

Yep thats it - we just went to chrome settings and cleared site data and cookies. Have you had the same thing?
