Hey all, I'm in a workflow "send email" action trying to set the email "recipient" to a particular custom field that I cannot locate in the "Field" drop-down menu here.. The custom field (free-form text) is on my item fulfillment. Anyone know what controls whether or not a custom field will appear here?

change it to an email field and try again?

^^That's what I would do. All of those fields look like they map to either Email fields, or table joins w/ email fields.

@Ryan Longenecker The custom field actually sources multiple email addresses from the customer contact records so don't think an 'email' field type will work for that purpose
But you might be right, field type may be the issue here

Maybe make a new field as email type and see if it shows up
I can see that it wouldn't pull free text fields since that would cause errors if its not an email

Yeah you guys are right. Dang it, I was hoping there was a checkbox that I was missing somewhere lol

source the email into the email field and you're good to go
