Interesting, when I go to status.netsuite.com I get an alert that says "Data provider initialization failedError Unknown service status:NaN" and it doesn't load the normal table

We're down in the Midwest. I can't get anywhere in the support section really. Found out because I wanted to create a ticket about about not being able to refresh our Sandbox account. Hahaha
