i have about 500 invoices that need to go to edit status and save them again to trigger a workflow. dont want to add the current parameter in the workflow - another easy way someone knows of?

Have you looked into Mass Update -> Workflows and see if you can mass transition them to the state you want?

@Sandii yes. doesnt help though. i am trying a csv import. lets see if that helps. will be updating a custom field hoping it triggers.

@Amtoj there is advanced option on the csv upload where you can force the server side scripts and workflows to trigger..

@Gustavo Doná thanks, yeah i was able to achieve it via csv import. just add a null value to a redundant field
