Hi Everyone!
I'm trying to use Auto Bank Statement Import SuiteApp, but the bank was not sure that NS could handle their sFTP requirements: a private key _*and*_ a password/username combo is required to connect - do you have any experiences if that could work?
I get a generic error: _There was a problem connecting to your financial institution. Unable to establish a connection to the SFTP server. Check your SFTP connectivity configuration and ensure all fields are valid, then try again._

Did you assign the appropriate permissions when setting up the sftp connection?  There’s a document in the help that covers the permissions you need.
