how can we stop emails from sandbox in bulk? activated sandbox refresh and its bombarding emails to everyone through saved search

on your production account... Setup > Company > Email Preferences Sandbox and Release Preview Tab Under sandbox options: Do Not Send Emails

thanks @ericbirdsall no other emails are going out but the saved searches still are.

Check the settings in each environment as well, but that setting controls saved searches for sure.
