Users are getting this alert when adding any items to Sales Orders. "Please contact the administrator. JSON.parse: unexpected non-whitespace character after JSON data at line 1 column 54737 of the JSON data" The only option is to press "OK" and that allows them to add the item with no issue, but it keeps popping up for them. Anyone dealt with this before?

Do you have AvaTax installed? We started seeing the issue last week (only with their bundle). Supposedly some defect regarding SuiteScript 1.0

Still broken for us 🙃 Avalara said they had a case open with NetSuite and they were going to let us know when they've resolved it with NetSuite

One client install Avalara 6.3 today and started getting checkout problems with Suite Commerce Advanced. The browser console was returning ERR_WS_SUBMIT_ORDER, Exception when submitting order. We haven’t been able to replicate this, but it happened for a lot of customers. We had a similar problem when upgrading to 6.2. It’s nota smoking gun, but it does have us wondering if this is a client side caching issue. If anyone is aware of a way to force a cache refresh in SCA, or any extra steps we can take, please let me know!

We were getting it while trying to invoice sales orders late yesterday.

We’re still seeing NetSuite blaming Avalara and Avalara blaming NetSuite. We suggested that Avalara push the previous version(6.2) as 6.4 so that we can revert, but no movement on that.

Hi guys just an FYI. I had the same issue. Investigated and it’s to do with the new functionality for GSTIN. India taxation in the one world bundle. Go to AVA_Transaction_Client. Edit and remove validate line function. There is nothing in that validate line function that is required unless doing India taxation. This is what I did and my webstorm issues went away!!

Avalara is saying that the issue should be resolved now even though the avalara ticket/netsuite case is still open
