Does anyone know why a role would show different menu items depending on the user logged in? I have the same role as another user, yet the classic menu options are completely different. This is a OneWorld account. Very odd. Any ideas?

Are you sure both users have the "view classic" option set the same?

Yes. Even the subtabs of the preferred custom form are different in the same role. Seems odd to me.

Hi @KevinJ of Kansas! Thanks for your replies. Included here are two screen shots. One shows user logged in under same role as I am and he is seeing different main menu and different subtabs of the employee record. Seems odd to me.

first, it looks like you are looking at different employees - they may have been created using different forms, and so that would explain the issue with different layout at the bottom.

I will check @KevinJ of Kansas...and I get your point in checking between centers enabled on preferences. I'm having the other user check so we are comparing apples/apples. Thanks again!
