How does it working replying to emails that netsuite sends? I sent an email to myself using mail merge, and then replied to it. I saw the reply in netsuite but the email doesn't send to my email inbox (which is the "from" in the netsuite email). I'm wondering if messages will get lost if a user sends an email from netsuite, but doesn't see any replies bc it doesn't go to their inbox? Does anyne know how to solve this
@battk can you help sir . replies to emails sent through mail merge are shown on record but not in netsuite email inbox

i would guess that you are describing emails sent from netsuite
but im not sure why you would expect a reply to an email to end up back in your inbox if your email is not in the list of recipients

I am sending emails using mail merge on custom record to some people . Is it possible for them to reply to that email and as a result reply would show up in my netsuite account . Do you know where exactly replies are shown if they are in any case in netsuite ? to whom they are shown ?
actually my client wants email to be sent from netsuite (mail merge UI )and when user replies to that email ,it could show up in account of the one who is the email sender ! @battk

it still sounds like you are describing netsuite sending email to client
client replying to email
and somehow the reply appears in the inbox of the client

Found solution to the problem , will set email cc recepient to the current user 👍🏼 thanks for help sir .
