Has anyone experienced any problems sending emails via NetSuite recently? we had anti-spoofing set up but were allowing mailsenders.netsuite.com through, which was fine until yesterday. Raised a ticket and NetSuite told us we should be using sent-via.netsuite.com instead

Made the same change last week, but we're still seeing problems with recipients when they're on hosted exchange. Not much Netsuite can really do, as it thinks it's delivered it. It's MS spam antics on their mail servers. We're going to try changing our templates to look less spammy

All ours pass through mimecast initially, so we should be ok now we've added it to the correct whitelist. I've queried why it's only become an issue for us since yesterday though, wonder if they recently changed their mail server or something.

Hey Terry - we have anti spoofing set up in Mimecast, but we changed the whitelist policy to allow sent-via.netsuite.com and all is fine now.
