Is it possible to create a task that reminds the user to do something on a regular basis like at the end of the month? It may not be through a task record (which seems not possible) for as long as it is within NS. Thanks!

Why though NS? This is what outlook is for...or google calendar

"Events" in the NS Calendar can have recurrence, or you can schedule recurring delivery of a saved search if the reminder involves a report

probably easy custom ways to do it too...add a custom record with a name, date, time, and task...then make a saved search off of that record.
