Hello there,
Do you guys have any procedure to backup Sandbox changes before a refresh ?
I normally bundle eveything and "install it", everything inactive, only for admins, on Production but after a bit, it creates a lot of clutter. I would like to know if there is a better way to backup without the possibility of losing everything.

PS: I finished school and started working as an assistant admin for a year now. Our lead admin is on maternity leave for a while and my team is trying to guess and handle everything by ourselves. Please be kind ?

An alternative to bundles is to use SDF (or an Account Customization project in WebStorm or Eclipse) to backup any customizations you want to keep.  After the SB refresh, you can re-deploy all, or just some, of the customizations back to the sandbox again.

If you want to avoid the command line, and don’t already have a WebStorm license, Eclipse is the easiest way to do this.
