i sync orders from Shopify to NS
Shopify Tax rate is : 7% that equal 8.83$
in Netsuite : Tax rate is same 7% but in total is 7.70$

03/10/2023, 6:34 PMShopify uses the Avalara tax code FREIGHT for the shipping costs. You probably have a different tax code set for use in NS in your Avalara settings.

03/10/2023, 6:37 PMOh I see you don't have Avalara in Sandbox. In which case something's not applying the tax to the shipping with the overwrite - and I'm not sure about that. We have taxes recalculate in NS as it's what sends the documents to Avalara (rather than Shopify).
