The problem we're trying to solve is we have customers who order items from the same vendor that are Non-Inventory Drop Ship items. So if they order the Drop Ship items, and some out of stock inventory items, and we drop ship them all from the same vendor, but with "Locations" turned on, it creates multiple PO's (and thus multiple shipments from the vendor) that should be all in 1.
