Where can I know the package dimension in netsuite, are they stored somewhere ? the package that is shipped

You can set up your own in Setup &gt; Accounting &gt; Shipping &gt; Packages subtab.

Is your NS account integrated with carrier like FedEx and UPS? Is the Shipping Label Integration enabled (I presume no since you can't see the Packages subtab)?

You can set a default item weight on the Item records (if none, the default item weight on Set Up Shipping page is used, if still none, 1lb is used). But you can still override this on the Item Fulfillment record.
