So I know NetSuite has the ability to create UPS return labels at time of fulfillment. Is there any integration that allows you to generate UPS return labels from RMA creation?

How will the customer use the shipping label if it's only available when the RMA is created? I thought the purpose of printing the label at the IF is to 'send' that return label to the customer as well together with the package sold so when he decides to return the product, he'll use that return label. If this is not the case, please enlighten me 'cause I'm not a pro with regard to shipments. 🙂 Thanks!

So is this scenario, a lot of our B2B customers are shipped utilizing freight. When a customer wants to RMA a couple parts from the shipment, they’re sent back via UPS. They usually contact our customer service team who generates the RMA in NetSuite and then has to generate the necessary labels outside of NetSuite to provide to the customer.

Got it! I'm interested to know too. After saving the IF with Integrated Shipping Label, the Return ISL is disabled. Hopefully someone in here has a solution.
