I am trying to check a box (custom field) on the Item Fulfillment when the Packing Slip was printed. I have Set Field Value with Trigger On Entry and Event Type of Print in one single state. The workflow initiates on event based (View/Update). It does not do the work. Any thoughts? Thank you.
