Anyone have a recommendation on a tool/feature / configuration that allows automated email logging to netsuite? We communicate with customers via gmail. I'd like inbound / outbound emails from customers to automatically log under the "communication" tab on a customer record in netsuite.

You want to be careful about auto logging everything since the communication tab will get too cluttered to use.
