07/31/2020, 5:35 PMThe setup on the NetSuite side is pretty darn straight forward. It's the Email server setup where it varies pretty wildly.

07/31/2020, 5:36 PMYou should note - even if you have DKIM configured correctly in NS and your email, NS won't treat you as compliant until you have a separate setting on your email server.

07/31/2020, 7:14 PMThanks! We are having issues having more than 1 DKIM set up. We were being quarantined from outlook. NetSuite support said this was due to having more than 1 DKIM set up. Trying to confirm this or fight back with them.
