I note our SOAP Web Services are configured by default to trigger workflows, and it's possible for a SOAP command to use "runServerSuiteScriptAndWorkflowTriggers" to override. But I'm not sure how to determine if this Suitelet is overriding runServerSuiteScriptAndWorkflowTriggers.
