Does anyone know how to edit the top navigation bar?

You mean the Transactions, Lists, Setup, etc. when using an Admin role?

I want to edit (Add, remove, change the order) the tabs at the top

You will need the permissions to do this. I would reach out to your Administrator.

You can create new and edit list options. I've never tried it, but I assume you can hide tabs from certain  roles, but again, not 100%

If you're not in Classic Center, that might be the navigation.

Identify the links and landing pages you want.

Classic Center is the "Administrator" center.

I click Center Tabs and it has a long list of Names that do not tie to what I am seeing in my navigation bar at all

You can switch to Classic Center by going to Set Preferences &gt; Appearance &gt; Use Classic Center. But Yes, you got it. That should allow you to create new/edit existing tab.

Yes, each tab is applied to a specific center type/role

You should see it on a column in that list view

Each of those tabs are being applied to different roles in your account
