I had this question earlier, “I am curious how you all have dealt with entities that are a shared resource. Example, a Customer may have a “consultant” of sorts that may be shared by another Customer. I don’t want to have to make duplicate entries if we can help it. Do you simply create a Customer for this consultant and manage them via the relationships tab on the primary Customer with a role of “consultant”?” Does anyone have insight into this?
