Getting an error from Paypal about IPNs

Instant Payment Notifications sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

<https://system.netsuite.com/app/external/paypal/instantpaymentnotificationlistener.nl?compid=%AccountIDhere%3E>

It's returning an unexpected error occured, just wondering if anyones seen this happen before/ solution? SA has nothing on this
