*To assign the SOAP Web Services permission to a role:*
1. Go to Setup &gt; Users/Roles &gt; Manage Roles.
2. Locate the role you want to modify. Click *Edit* or *Customize*.
3. Click the *Setup* subtab.
4. In the *Permissions* dropdown list, select *SOAP Web Services*.
5. In the Level dropdown list, select *Full*.


I've created a user but the user is unable to login to the netsuite account.

While restting the password I get this message
We are unable to reset your password because you did not set up your security questions in NetSuite. Please contact your account administrator for assistance. If you are the only account administrator for your NetSuite account, you must contact NetSuite Customer Support.

Ask someone other admin or someone with employee edit access to reset your password in the system

yes I'm and I've created new user associated with another email

not sure if i understand your issue clearly, you are the admin and you are locked out? or you are the admin and the new user created with different email then yours is locked out

check the box manually assign/change password

type in the password and check the box that says require to change on next login

hmm remove access/ delete that employee and re try
