Hi all, What would you say is the best way to structure customers with numerous contacts who have their own roles, email addresses etc? I recently came in as a NS administrator to a company that until now has just been adding custom email fields on the customer record and setting rules of which address to send each kind of email to. I would imagine that this is not the correct way to have it set up...
