We are trying to send emails out via send email action in a workflow. We have 2 domains registered with our company however when using 1 of them as the specific sender, when receiving the email it is showing <system@sent-via.netsuite.com> after despite it being set up correctly. How do we stop this from happening? Any help is greatly appreciated, many thanks.

if you're using gmail, you might need a domain key for tech.yourdomain.com as well. We had that issue after we made the switch Otherwise, you should need to generate a separate domain key for each domain (Setup / Company / Email Preferences)
