Morning everyone. Is it normal to not be able to change an entity form (customer) between different custom forms and save? I can change in edit mode but when I save the record it goes back to the default form. Just wondering if this is normal and you can't switch between forms like this. I'm dealing with 2 subsidiaries and a user role who views customers from both subs

Seems like it might only let you save the record with the custom form == whatever "preferred" form you have set at the role level. Not 100% sure that's the case, but seems to be a correlation

On custom form, you need mark "Store form with record" to use the custom form selected on customer record
