Hi Is there a feature that we need to enable for voiding a sales order. I am not able to see the void button on my sales order page. I checked the actions in the form as well. Can someone let me know if there is somefeature that i need to enable

You can CLOSE a sales order by clicking the CLOSE button, or checking all of. the CLOSE checkboxes on the item lines.

I am able to close them but it doesnt make the value of the transaction to zero. We want the value to go to zero

Sales Orders are non posting so what would the difference be between voided or closed?

Voiding will make all the amount to zero Closing would just close the items which are not fulfilled.
