Is anyone else having issues with typing new messages with html in them? It looks like that when a message has html in it by default when creating a new one the view of the message text field gets stuck on the 'HTML view'. So having a standard signature or replying to a customer email that has HTML in it triggers it for example. Typing is very restricted in that view for most of our users which is a real inconvenience. I remember that this happened a little while ago too and we did find a workaroud for it but it is very time consuming. Workaround is just not having any HTML in the message field by default. So emptying your signature and pasting it in after (switch to html view for pasting) or instead of replying sending a new email.
