What did I miss here? When I save an item fulfillment (integrated with FedEx) for an international shipment (US to Canada), it always results to an error.
All manufacturer info and description were set up on the Item record.
No AES/FTSR number.

Hi Luis. I believe this is a known issue. Is the error “The COMMERCIAL_INVOICE requires an electronic LETTER_HEAD”?

No. It just says unexpected error occurred.

Try unchecking the fields under “Generate International Documentation”. I had an issue about 6 months ago and I think this is an enhancement. Check enhancement #532090

It still didn't work but thanks. Can you take a look on this section? Everything is filled out. But these are test data only.
