That is an option. It does depend on what you need the employee on two subs for. If you just want users to be able to see multiple subs, then @Luis’s solution is correct. If you need to hit the employee records with expense reports or something like that from different subs, then you'd need two separate ones.

Actually - never thought of Luis idea and that may be the way to go!
