Hi all, I have an issue with Fulfillment Requests. I'm trying to create a fulfillment exception, but I can't because there are no options under "Exception Reason". "Picking" is the only option for Exception type, but I think that's based on the status of the request. Still, there should be 3 options under Exception request: Inventory mismatch, physical damage, and other. Is there some configuration I need to do before I can use exceptions? Thanks!
