This might be a dumb question, but we have a saved search that is being ran around 10 pm every night and a saved search that is being run at 12 am every night. They are both being pushed to our data warehouse. The first report does calculations based off of in transit/on hand/ on order. The second report is grabbing the inventory detail fields and bringing them into a table. We are then combining the two reports into our data warehouse. What we are worried about is if someone who makes a transfer order between 10 pm and 12 am and gets these numbers to be out of wack. Yes this does happen as some employees are up at all hours of the day. Is there any way to that they could still create a Transfer Order, but have it be approved to post later in the AM? Like process them all at 3 am? Like Journal Entries needing approval to post?

I'd probably just shorten the window, and then I'd throw a user error entering those transactions during the window with a workflow
