Has anyone here tried integrating with FedEx and UPS? Is the item fulfillment record automatically updated (in a field or whatever) to show that the shipment was already received by the recipient? Is this being tracked at all by FedEx or UPS (I presume yes)? Thanks a lot!

I had to create a record type for shipment tracking and a new system linked to different carriers to get that information. Their API is quite easy but you would need a developer. I am not sure if you get that from NetSuite out of the box.
