Any reason why not all addresses from a customer's address book (combination of US and Canada addresses) does not show up on "Ship To Select" column field with "Enable Item Line Shipping = True" and Non-One World. Thanks in advance!

If I'm taking an educated guess - the most likely reason is that their tax form requirements are different, so you can't mix/match US/Canada addresses on a single transaction
That said, I've never tried it so that's a mild shot in the dark based on what I know about transaction taxes (I do know for sure you can't take a transaction that was booked to canada and change to a US address)

Expert here...addresses in transactions are limited to the nexus netsuite selects..Canada and US are an exception where canada can have multiple provinces and US states but otherwise you are stuck with the Nexus model for NetSuite
that said...if you limit your nexus records you can add addresses that relate to countries you have not created nexus for
but then default tax config is blown
