Short answer - based on what you've posted thus far - no. I generally spend about a week with a client getting to know what they do before I even begin to make suggestions on how to improve/use their account. Someone coming in cold to an already existing account with no background with the business? I'd expect that process to take at least a couple weeks unless they have some good strong users.
