We're testing the demand planning feature on NetSuite. We're figuring out the relationships among the Demand Source (Enter and Planned Orders, Forecast and Orders, Forecast Consumption, Forecast from Demand) in the item record, Project Method (Moving Avg, Linear Regression, Sales Forecast, Seasonal Avg) in the Item Demand Plan record and Transactions to Consider (Orders, Actual Sales) in the Inventory Mgt Preferences. Oftentimes, the actual results are not the same with our expected results. SAs are not much of a help to us. Any other references or tips? Thank you!
