I am creating a dashboard (custom record) where I am storing completely unrelated summary numbers from Vendors/Customers/Orders/Opportunities and other saved searches based aggregated numbers. The only common denominator is the date. Using saved searches, and hidden fields, can someone recommend how to setup the filter on the saved searches and on the resulting field(s) so I can use saved searches and lookup based fields before a workflow records these fields to a stored field.
