hey friends. So you know how when you try to reply back to an old NS Support Case it will say the case is closed, and to file a new one? We want to set that up in our system to (to send that auto-reply to the customer if they try to email an old case). I can't seem to find the setting for that in Support Preferences.

10 to 1 says it was an enhancement that NS did to themselves after rolling out the functionality and it's not something you can do.
