What are your experiences with Netsuite defects classed as U7? (<https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/74573>) can i expect it to never be fixed?

I've had *one* thing get indirectly addressed via a release in the last 5 years.

and even then - they closed it without telling me what feature it was that addressed it and I had to figure out how they did it.

(what was really fun was getting the email about a client account I no longer regularly accessed and trying to figure out *what* the defect even being resolved was because it was a 3 year old case)

Interesting. The issue which they put in U7 is an issue where Sales Order are locked in an unrecoverable state lol..

there is indeed one but it locks other functionality so not really ideal.

Hey, at least they recognized it as a defect instead of an enhancement request... haha

I'm commonly joking "Enhancement Request - U9 - Never" when someone comes up with some edge case problem.
