My company integrated a third party software called 2020 design; it allows us to automatically create purchase orders and sales orders when we create a customer using an XML file. In the process of creating these fields, the purchase orders, "blank items" are populating on the purchase orders. When opening the inventory list, there are A TON of blank items. All of the inventory items are created automatically when we run the XML files - we don't manually put items into NetSuite or import them with a CSV file. Any idea why we might be getting these "blank items"?
