I agree with @Sandii, If at all possible keep the data in NetSuite and go get it there. As soon as you email it... its not system data anymore. also while you can tell from the system that an email was schedule to be sent... that is all you can tell... you cannot tell if the email was actually sent, recieved, spammed, black whole'd... basic you inherit all of the trouble of email and it looks like a NetSuite issue when it is not.
